We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

What can I do if my Credit Card does not work at checkout?

Sometimes this happens if you recently moved to a new address and did not update your bank about these changes! In any case, you can always use PayPal.

What material is your jewellery made of and how can I take care of it?

All our items are made of Gold Vermeil, plated with 18K Gold. To learn more about the quality, durability and how to take care of your jewellery click here.  

Can I cancel an order?

Sure! Please send us a quick email at contact@forevertimeless.com so that we can cancel your order and refund you the appropriate costs. See our refund and exchange policy for more information.

Can I change my shipping address?

We can only resolve this for you if your order has not yet been shipped. Send us an email at contact@forevertimeless.com with your new address and your order number as soon as possible so that we can make the proper changes.

Unfortunately, if the items have already been processed, we are unable to make any changes and you will have to contact the appropriate courier delivering your items.
